Luggage Services

• Pick-Up: Luggage should be collected from your hotel at least 2 hours before your flight departure. Any additional costs for urgent requests will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Weight Limit: No single bag may exceed 32kg (71lbs).

• The operator may refuse reservations if the group size or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, with no refunds issued.
• Each piece of luggage should not exceed 32 inches (total length and width of 180 cm).
• Acceptable luggage types include suitcases, cartons, backpacks, or briefcases.
• All luggage will be securely sealed and wrapped.

Free Waiting Time

• Enjoy a free cancellation option up to 24 hours before your pick-up time.
• You will receive a complimentary waiting period of 1 hour after your actual landing time. If you scheduled a specific pick-up time, a 30-minute free waiting period applies.
